Have you seen these little coupon books at Safeway yet? These just started appearing at the beginning of the year. They have a new one each month and it will say the month on the front cover.
These books have manufacturer's coupons inside of them, which means that you can use them at ANY store, they do NOT have to be used at Safeway. I have found these near the shampoo, near the kleenex, and near the pharmacy. If you see them, grab a couple, and save them for future sales.
